SoEasyRent will not be held liable for any errors, omissions, misunderstandings or claims arising from any advertisement or any other arrangement, booking or implied representations or promises made with an owner/advertiser.
If you are an owner/advertiser, you must accept and agree to our “Advertising Agreement & Conditions of Use”. You will also be required to accept, agree and uphold the terms of the rental agreement between you and your customer(s). You will have the opportunity to detail some of the terms when creating your advertisement and you accept liability for the fulfillment of the created accommodation details and rental agreement(s) in their entirety.
If you are a customer wishing to book or enquire about accommodation:
When booking you are responsible for checking and notifying the owner/advertiser (in writing) of any inaccuracy of booking confirmations immediately on receipt. Owners have the right to change and amend inaccuracies, (including pricing and accommodation details) on the pages advertised on this website at anytime. Therefore changes may have occurred before your booking is confirmed.
You must also agree to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement for your chosen property. You may view these terms from the accommodation web page prior to booking and will receive details with your booking acceptance.
The rental contract is between you and the owner/advertiser. SoEasyRent is therefore not liable in any way for any part in the fulfillment or accuracy of booking details, descriptions or any other arrangement/agreement made. All accommodation featured or referred to, is at all times (prior to confirmation) subject to availability and no warranties, promises or representations are given as to availability.
3.2 Liability
We accept responsibility for the provision of services in accordance with the applicable clauses in our Advertising Agreement and Conditions of Service and the Rental Agreement produced via our website(s), without modification for bookings. No other liability is accepted whatsoever
In no event will SoEasyRent under any circumstance, be held liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, damages for loss of enjoyment, profit, business interruption, loss of information and data, arising out of the use of, or inability to use this website and the information it contains, even if we are made aware of the possibility of such damages.
All exclusions of liability apply only to the extent permitted by law. If any exclusion(s) or limitation(s) contained in these conditions is found, in whole or part, to be unlawful, void, or for any other reason unenforceable for any purpose(s), that exclusion(s) or limitation(s) or the part(s) in question shall be deemed severable and omitted from these conditions for that purpose. Such omission shall not affect the validity, effectiveness or enforceability of the other provisions of these Conditions.
Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions, we are entitled to the benefit of any applicable exclusions and/or limitations of liability permitted by the laws of any country found to be applicable to the information shown on this website and/or any services offered by us or on our behalf.

In order to process an advertisement or booking we will need to collect certain personal details from you.
These details will include, where applicable
The name and contact details (including address & email address) of the owner/registered user and onsite agent/emergency contact as applicable. If we need further details we will ask you for these directly.
The registered user/party leader’s contact details (including address & email address) and the names & ages of party members, for each booking. If we need further details we will ask you for these directly.
Your details will be used as follows
We will use the contact details you have given us, to process and correspond with you in relation to your advertisement, booking or enquiry. If you believe that any of your personal details which we are processing are inaccurate or incorrect please contact us immediately.
In order that enquiries can be dealt with and/or accommodation bookings can be processed and provided to you/by you we will need to pass your details to those third parties who need to know. The owner/customer of the accommodation for the booking/enquiry may contact you directly using the details you have given us. These third parties may be in countries outside of the European Economic Area. These countries may not provide the same level of protection for your personal data as the UK. By submitting your booking or your enquiry to us, you agree to your personal details being processed in this way.
If you have registered with us or have made a booking or an enquiry about the services we offer, we may send you very occasional and targeted promotional emails about the services and special deals we offer unless you have opted out of receiving these.
